GENERAL

By ordering from Mama Soul, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms Of Service and accept that these Conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time.

ORDERING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Orders cancelled with more than 1 week's notice of the fulfillment date will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. In the event that the order is cancelled within 1 week of the fulfillment date, no refund will be issued. The final date of any modifications to your order (i.e. size, flavor, design) are due 1 week prior to the fulfillment date.

DAMAGES

Mama Soul assumes no liability or responsibility after the order leaves our kitchen for pick up, or after the order has been delivered to the final address for delivery.

PRICING

Mama Soul prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We charge a 9.5% California Sales tax + 2.9% Online Processing fee.
